I'm sick of hearing you people! He is intoxicated while behind the wheel of a vehicle! The cop says place your hands behind your back and he replies 'no'. He deserved every damn bit of what the cop gave him. The cop did his job. You act fucking stupid you get tazed!!

This is funny, but at the same time it's scary for the cop because there's no telling whether or not the guy has a weapon in his car that he's going for. He deserved every shock for putting the officer in that position.
