I think the spiral was the result of the HAARP project. There are faciliteies in Norway and Alaska.

I am curious about your response to the idea that Obama's approval rating will be around 20%. You said that you didn't think it would fall that low because most of the black community will continue to support him (13%) plus the hardcore liberals.
Why do you think the black community will continue to support a President who is presiding over the worst economic times since the GD?
It sounded like you were implying some type of racial loyalty, but I might be mistaken.

Look at the 2008 exit polls. Among blacks, Obama won with 95% of the vote.
Racial loyalty? I'm only judging by the numbers.
