At 1:46 it's D4L - Laffy Taffy, as for 2:29, im not sure if you're referring to the Sf Anthem by Traxamillion or the Hold up wait a min track.

Well that makes it difficult because the instrumentals are all remixes of the artist's original songs, so there really is no instrumental version out there to match what you hear in this video. Sorry I couldn't help more, But check out Girl Talk's albums and that might satisfy you more.
