This is my entry for Gavin Degraw's cover contest for his latest single "In Love With A Girl". I tried to make it slightly different so it wouldn't be just a straight cover. I really love this song, so hopefully it doesn't suck, haha.

Hey man, thanks for all the kind words! I know there are a million things people say to help with nerves, but I'm just going to tell you this. 80% of the people in the audience can't do what you do, and 3/4 of the 20% that can, wouldn't have the guts to get up on stage and do it. In case I lost you with the math, that means that you're ahead of 95% of the people in the room just by getting up there! Don't worry about them! Play for you! Rock out, have fun, and the rest will take care of itself!

Thanks Summer! There's no voting in this contest. The winner is being picked by Gavin and the "powers that be" over at J Records. There were like 30 submissions made the past two days though, so my odds just went down a whole bunch, haha. They're supposed to be picking finalists soon though!
