    thanks for the reply pal, its been a while since I posted but I think It was to do with 70% of the worlds population will be in urban areas by 2050, unless somebody can offer a multistory / Hi-rise urban dwellings that are sustainable then we may as well keep the rural areas as they are. (the only way i can see these being useful is in small African and Indian communities away from urban areas. but as far as I know they already do this kind of construction)
