  • WD40 isnt a lubricant at all its a solovent so your hurting it more then anything.

  • WD40 works great as an after run oil also.

  • have you tried slick 50?

  • great vid if you dont know where the dial or glow plug is on ur rc car or... dont know how to operate a can of wd40. but personally i would use afterun oil Pistin LOL

  • use after run ! and that dial is a fly wheel lol

  • you can also use seamen for after run too

  • hmmm i think the piston is meant to be at the bottom (Bottom dead centre)

  • WD-40 doesn't lubricate that well, it only leaves a small film of mineral oil which probably isn't enough for these cars. It's great for cleaning it though, it's just like cleaning an engine with lighter fuel. I always leave the WD-40 to dry out well overnight and then add a little extra machine oil.
