Friendly, funny people. Fantastic characters. Their subplot was interesting. The missionary and the mermaid. Now there's a starcrossed couple for you. It was nice to have a sympathetic religious character too. Haven't seen one of those in film and TV for a while. They're either a villain or just a plain jerk. Philip was neither. Great actors. Astrid's hot too.

@StarStare705 their story is definetly one of the sweetest I've ever watched, but Philip is not a priest, he was just a missionary. I mean, not that they are really worried about reality, haha, but if he were a priest he couldn't have a love affair, don't you think?
