I think the real question is "How Do You Know When You're Not Smoking Enough Weed?" Here are some acceptable answers:

1) When you voted Republican.

2) When you convinced your friends to vote Republican.

3) When you lost your health care along with your job because you voted Republican, you dumbass.

4) When you have cancer and are starving to death because you can't hold anything down.
