This is a sad day for me. I'm dropping the weight that I workout with on my bench to 140 lbs which is down from 180 lbs. I've taken the advice from many on both youtube and bodybuilding.com where I have a profile listed under Tom76. Most all the advice is to properly perform the reps which is all the way down to the chest with the bar and then up with the arms fully extended. Thanks for all the advice and suggestions. Keep up with my progress. I'm always striving to better myself, so I have the drive to keep going. I'll get to 200 lbs some day, but will be doing it properly and not "cheating".

  • Word of advice find your max. Take 80% and do 10sets of 5 that's a killer work out it targets your full chest. With just ten reps it focus on mainly your shoulders and triceps and also if you just wanna do ten reps squeeze you arms to gether at the Tom with out moving anything you'll get a get full chest image
