The wonderful Mike Mozart, aka Jeepers Media on here, has advised me to upload a video stating my sad sad case in buying a so-called iPod, which turned out to be a fake!
So here it is!
Watch in wonder as you behold a truly horrible horribly video blog unravel.
Special thanks to JeepersMedia/Mike Mozart, who has excellent toy reviews that are both hilarious and important!

Don't make the same mistake I did!
Buy from a licensed seller and view the product in person if you can before buying!
Do your research and look for all the signs.
Oh yes, and use PayPal for your transactions so that, if you happen to be in the same sad state that I find myself in now, you can raise a dispute and get your money back.
Yes, there's a bit of a hassle, but at least you'll get a refund.
As of yet I still haven't gotten my money back.
The woman refuses to refund my money saying she sent me enough pictures of all angles of the iPod (not true- only sent me 3, front and back and that's it), and that it was sold "as is."
However, she never told me that it was an imitation iPod. She conveniently left that out and led me to believe that it was a genuine product.
I raised the dispute as soon as I figured out it was a phony, so she couldn't have had my money for more than half a day.
There is no reason she shouldn't give me a refund, and there is no reason PayPal should side with her in this case.
Either way, please pray that this all blows over soon and I get my money back quickly so I can get a real iPod and enjoy it without hassle.
Thanks for watching!
UPDATE 4/27/09:
So after the woman refused my refund requests twice, I decided to raise the dispute to a claim, not knowing that would close the dispute because PayPal can't raise a claim for anything done with an unauthorized seller (only with places like eBay and the like).
Luckily the agent I talked to from PayPal recommended the following site: www.ic3.gov
It's the FBI's internet crime complaint site, and though the form takes a while to fill out due to all the information they need from you, at least they'll do something about it (eventually) and the woman will get what she deserves.
After filing the report though, I decided to be safe and call my bank to let them know what was going on.
About 15 minutes after discussing the matter with the claims department, I received an email with a document, which I promptly printed out, signed, and faxed back to them.
This morning there was a pending credit to my account for the amount I paid the woman.
Yay Chase bank!
Boo fraudulent sellers!
UPDATE 5/01/09:
So here's the deal:
Chase will make a valiant attempt to get my money back, but since it was through PayPal, they'll probably investigate it only to reveal that I did authorize the payment so it won't change anything.
Right now there's a negative balance of $75 on my PayPal account because I filed a claim with Chase, and they had to take the money from somewhere, so where else do they take it from?
That's right- my account- not the woman's.
Well, the only option left to me is to wait it out and hope PayPal does the right thing and go after this woman and get my money back.
If not, I'll just have to hope the FBI looks over my report and does something about it.
In the meantime, after my PayPal account goes back to normal and all the limitations are removed, I'll just keep sending the woman refund requests and messages.
I can't file a civil lawsuit because, even though we're in the same state, the court fees would just make the whole thing pointless.
At this point, I'm just going to let it sit and try to forget about it, and maybe in a few years I'll look back on this whole thing and laugh.... or just... chuckle silently and shake my head.
In the meantime, go check out my deviantart page for more information about temporary sketch-commissions to raise the $75 I lost in this horrible transaction!

That is all.
UPDATE 5/6/09:
Well, folks, good news!
PayPal finally decided to cooperate and opened a dispute again to review my case.
After a week of it being open and them desperately trying to get a hold of that scam-artist for almost the whole time, they finally talked to her via email and phone and somehow convinced her to give me my money back.
There's no more negative in my PayPal and the credit is still in my Chase account, so I'm hoping that's the end of that.
I'm crossing my fingers though.
Remember folks, don't buy from a seller in Georgia named "Beautiful Bundles."
They'll just cause you undue stress.
