Besides, Bush and Reagan may have done worse things that were never revealed to the public. Remember that in the 24 world the public never learned that Logan was complicit in Palmer's assassination!

Having said that, I hadn't watched the last 4 episodes of Season 8 at the time I posted my previous comment. Now that I've seen them, I agree that Logan is the worst pesident ever.
