About Me:Richard Arline is a member and former vice president of the Franklin Township school board and is a retired federal law enforcement officer with over thirty three years experience. He has been a police officer, deputy sheriff and a supervisor with the United States Postal Inspection Service. Mr. Arline served in the United States Marine Corps in Vietnam where he earned five combat medals and ribbons. Richard is a 25 year resident of Franklin Township. He has been married for 42 years. He is a graduate of University of Mary Washington, Fredericksburg, VA.
