Look up - making a metal cage trap part 1- its a simple trap that works great and you can make at home.

The people who hate living things like cats and say they love to kill them have issues. They are fucked up in the head.

ShelterVet, we could use some advice. we are trying to rescue a stray kitten but we cant get near it. We don't have such a trap either. He eats the food we set out for him but i cant get close enough. Please help us out.

Hi, can you rent or borrow these from local non-profit animal centers, like the ones that do free/discounted neutering? Thank you.

is this guy wearing a lab coat? Cue 'Loser' by Beck.....
In answer to some questions, the way the trap closes it can't pinch or break the tail, as it does not seal down on the other side. Its hard to describe without showing. LadyChu, you can try by getting a cat carrier and take the front door off. Put the food and water in there every day. Soon the cats will go in there and eat...then one day after a few weeks of doing this, put it out with the door on and the food inside. When they go in, close the door on them. This should work.

Its kind of weird...but we rarely if ever see that happen. The way the trap door on these is designed...the cat is actually quick enough that it can get is tail in before the door completely shuts.

Because I could get it posted there or because I have not demonstrated something properly??
