i would say to keep in mind that the phantom menace and this game came out within less than a year of each other, but the chances are still slim that the quote is original.

The spell animations for this game were excellent, Flare, Flarestar, Holy, and Eikos summon are the most memorable. It's amazing how powerful the PS1 was. FF10 was a big disappointment when it came to that stuff, but ff9, shows some dedication and talent. Compare flare in ff9 to ff10. Ff10's looks like a roman candle, but this one contains way more detail and intensity.
