This compilation was filmed in Australia between May and July 2008. It
features mainly elementary (chuji) Mantis free-fighting (Tanglang Sanda),
with some occasional elements of intermediate level sparring (zhongji),
such as knee and elbow strikes. The majority of the practitioners featured
in the clip have been training Qixing Tanglang for less than two years.

Big thanks to brother Mac for the masks.

wow sounds like that is a long painful tedious process.

    Do you do any forms?

Ok well great work. What kind of conditioning do yall do? and I just can't get over this video bro I love it. Its great haha

  • Thanks mate! No guards in most of this footage. We do wear them sometimes though (not often). There may be a few moments here and there amonst these clips where you see guards on outside of the pants. Yes we do shin conditioning to help prevent injury.

    Cheers.

  • Beautiful video. I aspire to be that aggressive. Working on it though ;). Just out of curiosity were you guys wearing shen guards? or do you condition them?? because I saw some kick checks that would have any of my friends or myself simply jumping for sake of pain. Great video though =] and the gym looks amazing. Kudos from Louisiana, USA

    keep it up

    Cameron

  • sweet video!!! Keep it up.
