The process of making a cabinet fit to an out of level floor is called scribing. This video shows the correct way to scribe a cabinet or toe base to a finished floor. If you have a long run of them, you should align the boxes next to one another and level them by placing shims where ever they are needed. Once you have done this, use the method that is demonstrated in this video showing how to make a unleveled cabinet level.
