Make it a voluntary burden then. Fix the laws. Allow them to ID people and turn illegals away or force them to turn them in to immigration before they get medical attention. Let the government pay for stabilization before they throw them out. They have no right to come here illegally and steal services from us.

I'm also opposed to benefits for illegals, HOWEVER... this will only place a larger burden on Hospitals and Health Care Systems. I'm trying to be a "spoiler" but this reality needs to be looked at.
