  • 144 degree on the grill with carryover temp rise to at least 150 during resting, sorry my friend that is closer to medium well.

  • Grandpa's ashes is an interesting name for a BBQ rub. Doesn't sound like something you'd normally put on food. Very colorful terminology, that's for sure! : )
