144 degree on the grill with carryover temp rise to at least 150 during resting, sorry my friend that is closer to medium well.

Grandpa's ashes is an interesting name for a BBQ rub. Doesn't sound like something you'd normally put on food. Very colorful terminology, that's for sure! : )
