A second Gambit/Rogue fanvid. The previous one was more of a montage. This time its focused on their trip to the South, to a place from Gambit's past. Gambit abducts Rogue to gain her assistance in freeing his father from the Rippers.

The exact details surrounding this family affair only becomes clearer to Rogue after touching both Gambit and one of the Rippers who knows Gambit. At first she wants nothing to do with it, but then she changes her mind.

The two of them have less than likable pasts, but together they have something special. In the end as many know he gives her, the Queen of Hearts card. A sign of things to come for them.

Featured Content- X-Men: Evolution
Episode Content- Cajun Spice
Music: Snow Patrol- Open Your Eyes

I know I have frequently used this band lately, but the songs have that kind of fit at times. It also speaks to the misunderstood qualities of Gambit and his affections for his Cherie.

  • do you know why he calls her cherie? not that i dont dislike that but is it french for trouge or something? cuz he's got a french accent oh and btw nice vid

  • @RockerWolf100 Gambit often speaks French in most incarnations that I have seen of him. He tends to call her Chere or Cherie while she refers to him as Swamp Rat periodically. Both can be thought of as pet names or nicknames.

  • @RockerWolf100 Just a pet name? Chere(his way of saying cherie) or cherie is French for dear, dearie, etc. Romantic, isn't it? :)

  • @snowpeach12 It can also be considered what snowpeach says.

  • where can I watch this episode!?! Please, I'm desperate...

  • there was someone who had a lot of these episodes. You'll have to check MARVEL's channel, it might be there if they are up to season 4. Otherwise you'll have to pay for it on iTunes, they haven't released season 4 on DVD yet.
