@ancientchilde May be but still it remains unknown until you have a direct experience and realize it. The physicists may be end up with an equation which is just objective, but what is being spoken here is beyond the dimension of relativity(i.e time and space). This state is called advaitha/nirvana (non-dual state) . All the physical manifestations are dual in nature. There is nothing wrong with the dual but it is just that it is limited and we don't like boundaries you know :)

@boddus I'm sure there are 1 or 2... but anyway you don't need anybody, you can certainly begin on your own. Don't let yourself get discouraged, for yoga/meditation is an the most precious thing on this earth.

Oh Heavenly Heavenly Guru! Let me ever be at thy feet! I am spell bound at your every word. I see that this video does this too! OHM! How beautifully put. As all those who dwell in darkness, seek light, I also, paradoxically, or rather from a physical level rather than emotional, seek complete darkness - to receive this Heavenly light you speak of ! It is as though you are describing my deep deep inward desire that I haven't words to express - but of course, am I really surprised?!
Modern physicists are just now rediscovering the truths that ancient yogis knew thousands of years ago!
