  • 3:59 That guy's really cruel and heartless. I would of definitely went out with that girl, because I have Asperger's too.

  • aspergers syndrome is embarrasing as well as lonely. :/

  • I hate the thought that I have aspergers - but this description fits me almost to a key. I am 26 and it is actually really hard to come to terms with something like this. I went through some of a depression a while back, and I think most people I know just think I am quiet and am healing from things emotionally - but I've realized most of this is just who I am.

To a key except for two things: I don't have any particular interests apart from watching and reading people.

  • @oracle2world Keep telling yourself that shit, maybe you'll convince yourself.

  • I also was diagnosed with Asperger's Sundrome. It is both tormenting, and awesome, tormenting because I am emotionally and socially defective, but logically enhanced (compared to most people I've met). I'm so glad that others are making these videos, so I can honestly relate and attempt to understand others.

  • @LetDie - don't worry. true friends are actually quite rare in life. phonies abound.

  • @yerk3 - well, aspies are a bit direct and socially clueless.

  • @oracle2world Nice bit of sophistry to try and rationalize being an asshole.

  • Even more depressing is that I think 5 friends are kind of much.

  • I'm an aspie female of 23. I recently realized I've only had about 5 friends in my entire life. Now I have none. Depressing.

  • As a young woman with Asperger's syndrome, I can relate especially to the bit at about 5:10, about sensory overload. One of the biggest obstacles my sister and I faced when we were kids were sensory issues. About everything that neurotypes feel is amplified. It's for this reason that drinking or drugs interests me very little- I don't crave a high, because I literally feel natural highs all the time (and then again, quite a bit of nervous anxiety as well).

  • everybody at school hates me cause i have aspergers i only have 1 friend but thats all i need cause shes the best ever!
