@MineStg2 It's a confusing thing, but if life is unique, that doesn't say much for us humans... for the universe wasn't built for life. Put life anywhere (outside of earth) in the known universe and it would die instantly. If you have to ask "what if God created the big bang", your next question should be: "Where did God come from?"

if it started off really small well where did that small thing come from??

I'm young and I'm fucking confused now. I don't know what to believe anymore. I believe in scientist when they talk about how the universe was created. And how God created it also (I guess) But now what the fuck is real? Did anyone ever think that god created the big bang and such. I'ma fan of science and a believer of God. But now I am confused :(

God created the universe, so all of the people that believe in the stupid big bang theory and stop bein retarded and go to church
-
in the beginning GOD created the heavens and the earth, forget science, forget evolution, forget the big bang theory GOD created this planet and all things created HE by his MASTER hand, that iz the way it iz!!HE is GOD and there is no other.

I have found a way to practice my religeon and accept these beautiful facts. i have researcehd extensivly on the general path of how the universe as it is today came to be. i think the whole proccess is the most beautiful thing that could ever happen, and why wouldnt god take car to have all these steps to ensure we were perfectly made in his image. i believe ALL OF THIS. i simply also believe god was a driving factor.
Why the hell is a religious debate going on in the comment section? We're talking about the origins of the Universe...how exactly does religion have anything to do with that??

@VitalSigns1 People will bring up religion when talking about the origin of the universe because religion is easier to accept than the complicated implications that science tells. People fear what they don't understand, and religion exists because people don't understand science, particularly science that deals with the universe, time, and their origins.
