isn't it funny how people are whining about how the chinese oprressing the tibetans yet at the same time watching tibetans IN TIBET dancing and singing making music videos

It's not funny, it makes perfect sense.. You are NOT going to see any music videos of miserable Tibetans coming from within Tibet.. The Communist Chinese government would not allow anything that's harmful to it's cause to be released. They will however fully support videos of happy dancing Tibetans.

Control the money, control the media, control the education - effectively control the people. Control the media that is released to the world and control the world's opinion of the situation.

@pwnednooblar The funny thing is that most information given to Americans about Tibet is through the filter of the mainstream media. I really felt sorry for the oppression of the Tibetans until I actually went there only to see them very wealthy. They were charging fees to enter temples and giving generous blessings for people willing to pay 1000 yuan. Did you know China pays 4 billion a year to develop Tibet? I wonder if America invests this much in their minorities?

Очень понравилось. Знаю немного бурятский(хоринский), и монгольский но смысла песни не понимаю совсем (на каком языке говорят тибетцы-не знаю, наверное на тибетском) однако, похожий танец есть у бурят. Как перевести эту песню на русский (бурятский, монгольский )? P.S. А какой голосище у солистки,а,

ее и Пелагею вместе бы свести...

This Yangchen Lhamo (央金拉姆) was born in Weixi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province. She finished college in Yunnan Music Academy in 2000 and produced several albums. She is loved by millions in China for her beauty and voice.

There is another artist by the same name. She was born in Tibet and went to college in Shanghai Ethnic Music Academy. She is the chairwoman of the China Overseas Tibetan Association and lives in the States.
