材料:砂糖、桂圓肉、小湯圓 做法: 1.桂圓肉先入鍋中煮到滾,再加入適量的糖,煮成桂圓風味的甜湯。 2.另準備一鍋滾水,將小湯圓放入烹煮,略搖晃鍋子避免湯圓沾底,續煮到湯圓浮起,再續煮到湯圓漲大。 3.把煮好的湯圓撈起來放入甜湯中即可。 桂圓可以增添湯頭的清甜,在冬天也有滋補身體的效果,老師將湯圓跟甜湯分開煮,這樣甜湯才不會很快的變的過於粘稠。
