Whether or not any damage came from the use could depend on whether or not you took pure MDMA or MDA (as I am not familiar with the source or method of how you ingested said substances), and if not what other substances involved. From personal experience, I've never felt that I've had any psychological or physiological damage whatsoever after usage.
