Without a TAX Stamp from the BATFE, you are asking for trouble. It is considered a SBR and if you don't pay to play, they come for you and your guns $10k / 10yrs.

If you don't have a tax stamp on that registering it as a short barrel rifle it is considered a federal offense.

do u still enjoy the stock is it worth getting, thank you!!

yes but you need proper paperwork and a paid tax stamp in the us. in US depending on the state i believe its either considered an SBR or an AOW. and handgun carbine conversions are considered SBRs. so just get the tax stamp before you buy the parts.

is it legal to put a stock on a pistol?

I own two SBRs and one sub gun. The primary reason you would SBR it is for more support. It looks cool and its a lot of fun to shoot.

i think its more like 250k and 20 years man

more accuarcy mainly. its just another tool to make you more effective. I myself think its perty nifty to use an existing platform and pritty much turn it into a SMG(yes i know its simi...) and a damn effective sheald guy gun or HD gun.
Only bad thing is the damn tax stamp makes it almost not worth it.
how did you make the sound like that?

vdudak is from the Czech Republic. Czech gun laws are relaxed by European standards, but I would imagine that he almost certainly had to register this weapon in some fashion

Yes, right. When you want to buy gun in CZE, there is a needed permission from state police in advance, then go to gunstore buy gun according permission. Then go back to police and start registration procedure and at the end you'll get "papers" for the gun. And of course, gun licence in general is needed. For stock and other visual things you don't need anything special. Only main gun parts must be registered (barel, slide and frame).
