Jack's known the Doctor for a long time, but unfortunately the Doctor still sees him as the conman he was when they first met. But because of the Doctor - Jack is a changed man. At least Ianto recognizes that even if the Doctor doesn't.

Alright. That's it. I've only watched Torchwood so far and this video has now convinced me that I REALLY need to start watching Doctor Who! (Yes, I know I'm late to the party! I live in the US and all the cool stuff takes longer to get here! ; ) )
