Crazy Brookdale Hospital Security

Voilation of civil rights by brookdale hospital security guard. Freedom of the press violated. Also freedom of anybody to take photos or videos at any time or place.

The spot where i was standing is next to the hydrant where there is no ramp and no chance for an ambulance to drive next to me as you can see in the video with other civilians walking in front of the camera. The security guard is not allowed to put his hand in front of my camera which is a violation of freedom of the press. Which will be proven in upcoming lawsuit.

Im a security officer in a hospital..honestly i would have taken you to the ground and cuffed you when you wouldn't leave..not only is it a HUGE HIPPA violation..you were trespassing. illegally violating privacy..and impeding emergency vehicles

"Freedom of the Press" are you fucking crazy? The press has no right to go on hospital property and take photos or video of anything unless permission is given.

There is also no "Freedom of Press" that allows the press on private property.

You can not have someone arrested for blocking you from taking a photo.

I am not sure from the video but it appeared that the "press" touched the security officer if so he could have been arrested for battery.

The Hospital Security Officer in this video did an outstanding job keeping his temper and that douchbag away from the hospital property. I hope that HSO has a long and happy career as an HSO!
