    The only thing that irritates me a little bit is what you are saying about bread. What is the problem with bread? I'm from Germany so maybe our bread is different :), I don't know, but I usually eat wholemeal/wholewheat bread and this is actually very healthy.

    Anyway: Great videos!

  • @dontreallycarexxxxxx Refined foods like bread and other baked goods aren't really healthy, specially when you are sick like my mother was. That's why we said what we said. I like bread, and eat it almost daily... bread that is made with animal products like whey, milk or eggs is not vegan. So I only eat vegan bread. Thanks for watching :)

  • Hi porolita, I just want to comment that you have great videos. You and your mom are doing a greate team. I undestand now why your little brother became vegan.

    what do youdo if some one who does't not know that your vegan tells you about the fennefit of including a portion of chickn,or fish in ur meal is important?

  • I explain to them why that isn't true. I've read a lot about vegan nutrition and can provide lots of useful information for a great conversation :) There really isn't any need for animal products in our diet whatsoever. It's just a matter of doing a little research. We can find all nutrients our body needs in a helthy plant based diet.

He eats as much as he wants without losing weight, has an ease of digestion never experienced before, his prostate and kidney issues went away, and he has more energy than he has had in 30 years. Porolita, thanks for being such a great advocate for this healthy lifestyle that has the potential to heal and help more people than most things on this planet. You do such a wonderful job with all these videos. <3

  • Most bread is vegan. Well it is in the UK.  Its a long time since they put lard in bread due to BSE. There is only a tiny number of recipes with milk.

  • @1982mockingbird1982: All animal products contain cholestrol. As animals ourselves, we don't need to take-in any extra cholestrol because our bodies make it for us as we need it - naturally derived from a plant-rich diet. The reason why some people still believe that women need 'milk' is because it's been pushed on us that milk=calcium, and during menopause a womans body needs more calcium, magnesium and selenium. These are best found in dark leafy greens such as spinach, kale & broccoli.

  • natural foods= "WHOLE FOODS"=non processed-none refined foods. refined foods makes you sick-not only the animal products which give you too much cholesterole.refined foods are defined also as junk food as they have no value.you're one of the very few vegans that don't eat natural food=whole food.in germany this doesn't exist that vegans eat processed-refined junk.try to get the "WHOLE" understanding of being a vegan sweetheart.

  • @dontreallycarexxxxxx die polita22 meint weiss brot (sie sprach von refined foods=junk food=dosen nahrung-cookies-ice cream-weissen reis-weisse nudeln-kekse-suessigkeiten etc.) - veganer essen das normalerweise nicht.die lolita ist eine der wenigen die vegan ist und junk food ist.unglaublich.

  • Isnt it bad idea for women in menopause to stop drinking milk? I never new dairy products like milk raise cholestrol

  • Like your videos, saw the Christian 101 video .....I hope it will convince some people. Have you read "Eating Animals" by Jonathan Safran Foer. It is a must.
