Here's a quick video on Quaker Oats Oatmeal and how we cook ours.
I found out eating it reduces cholesterol and tastes great also.
I like it cooked for 10 mins with milk, banana and flax-seeds. Sometimes I add some nuts like Walnuts.
It's Easy, Quick and Healthy to eat.
