This run is done on impossible mode, unlocked once you beat the game normally.

yeah, it's a fraction of a second, and you can only see it in HQ, between seconds so I can't get to pause it, but it looked as if the woman is raising her arms when I first saw it. Next times I started to see similitude with normal necromorphs
