I love this performance and I also saw this live. There are not too many idols that possess such vocal power as Kimberly Caldwell. Beauty and talent seldom come together, and for that reason, often the latter is taken for granted. Kimberly is one of the first successes of Am. Idol in that she's the first to have landed a job as tv host/correspondent and consistently worked in the entertainment industry since leaving idol. She has an impressive resume under her belt which I respect and admire.

This is an outstanding performance! There is a version where all the judges and guest judge were in unanimous total praise with high commendation. This kind of female voice is envied by many women who have the need for vocal power and depth. It's not just big. The tone is rich and I believe it's natural. What a vocal talent! Her recent interviews have been engaging, spontaneous, funny and smart. I've also seen much growth and improvement since then and that is a valuable quality to recognize.
