@NikoLiberty1000 Thank you
Well, I'm currently trying to get back to the gym, but it it quite hard for me for the moment. Otherwise, i've got some new kinds of proteins, vitamins and creatine that are waiting to be opened. I want to get back to my regular regime before I start using those. I'm taking the vitamins tho, they help a bit to bring me up :)

@T1000BG wow thats horrible, try adding something new to your workout it could potentially help you make some new gains. I'm sorry to hear that you dealt with some depression.
-
I am pretty F'ed becouse of that. I'm currently hit with a pretty big blow of depression, this being one of the main reasons.
-
Having said that, this shouldn't be key to having success . I WAS missing an important part, but I DID workout like hell anyway, so... results should have being showing despite that.
-
@NikoLiberty1000 I'm preatty sure I use proper form. I do the exercises slow, with proper form, regularly, in 2 muscle groups per workout and I'm (was) going to the gym every other day (one day workout one day break).
The only important thing I was missing was legs workout. They are super important not only for the overall tone and legs, but for the upper body development as well.

@T1000BG Sorry to hear that, it could be genetics or you might not be using the proper form. Ive been working out for about more than a year now and my arm is about half the size of carrot top's arm.
-
@NikoLiberty1000 Being working out for about 5 years. You can check out my pic. I do not look like carrot top :D unfortunately...
I had period of crazy workouts, but ive being slowing down a lot as I'm getting tired of not going anywhere with my body :( I used sports vitamins, well balanced diets, proteins etc. but nothing seams to work....
so, yeah...

@T1000BG Friend I don't know where you get this information from, with a few years worth of work anyone can look like this. Just wondering here, but are you even a physically fit person?
-
@NikoLiberty1000 The amount of nutrients that the body can absorb from the intake of food per day and muscular growth are limited. Unless you want to spend 10-15 years in order to look like scooby1961, for instance, you do need to take the special sauce.
-
@T1000BG God I don't understand how you don't get this. ANY celebrity with money can hire a personal trainer, a personal nutritionist, and a personal chef. Anyone can become this muscular with a shitload of commitment and dedication, but in the case of many celebrities, they can just hire people that they know will push them to the extreme as far as exercise goes. And when I mentioned lazy, I was referring to you, clearly you only think that steroids make muscle mass.
yeah because pulling chicks, living longer, and saving a whole lot more money is for losers
