Just scribble (neatly) over where your mate has put your details and then let him send it off :D

That way he'll get to do what he wants and you won't be giving away any details about yourself :)

nice one! i like it. My flatmate has filled out his section and sees no problem with it. Very matrix orientated despite my best efforts. So I am thinking I will do one of 3 things: 1) send it back as is - with where he has scribbled my name as "person # 2" scribbled over and tip-exed! or 2) Shred it like you guys! Not sure which one to do as shredding it would sort of disrespect my flatmate's wishes, however retarded they are.
