The performance yacht "impulse" is underway again! This time she invites you for a breath taking turn on Lake Hallwil. Enjoying the sunny day and start dreaming from a thrilling holiday on board of a luxury yacht.
The RC model boat is in its base the Graupner Jet Star, a kit which is unfortunately no longer on stock. Various improvements compared to the kit as well as stunning video shots by Frank are giving the model an extra touch of reality.

OK, got it then. There are quite a few such videos available in YT. As a matter of fact I like those movies lets say "medium". In my opinion such movies are far to much nervous. The best movies are from slower boats where you've got a chance to follow a more steady picture. But, it is a question of what somebody like or not. And luckily there is plenty of room for everybody! But thanks for your thoughts anyway!

  • @OFFSHORERACEING

Sorry, I am not fully sure what you mean. Is it that you would want to offer a camera?

  • @RetoFor I will, don't worry. Just need to get it built and done first. :)

  • @FatCatRoR Cool! That sounds to be an interesting project. Hopefully you gonna share your result with us here on YouTube. Have fun!

  • @RetoFor Actually, I choose to buy a 55" hull from eBay. Going to put 3 32 cc motors in it, with 2 gallons of gas it can hold. :D Winter project. :) Also it will have an extra fuel supply. :D

  • @FatCatRoR

Yes, just go for it. If it is this one or a similar it might be a fun project. If you get a kit you will notice, that it is looking not pretty the same (it is rather a toy than a scale model). But I might give you some hints to improve the look of it. Now just try to get one and then contact me again (about the comment regarding my life: yes, I would not complain ;) )

  • @RetoFor Ok, thanks for the info. I am also thinking about building my own. :)

Looks like you have a good life. :P

  • @FatCatRoR

Graupner does not produce this kit any longer. Therefore you best look out in Internet online auction or similar platforms. Search for JetStar Graupner.
