You just have to take a look at his head and his legs and you'll see that this is the same horse!!!! Poor horse :( And thank you World horse welfare!!!! He's so beautiful! I wish all the best for this sweety.

great job , thank god for World Horse Welfare.
He clearly looked depressed at first.
But when they showed his improvements he even smiled at the camera :)
He's clearly a much happier horse.

Ah, what a stud to hang in there. Thank goodness Horse Welfare found him, and such a big improvement he has made. He is now a gorgeous horse with a perfect life!

@Horsesare4eva Hi there, World Horse Welfare Field Officers often use a non-permanent spray on the side of the horse to show an exhibit number in prosecution cases, this enables the horse to be easily identifiable.
