uhh having a flame on concrete/cement is pry the dumbest thing you can do, it explodes...

actually that little triangle in the center of the flame is a pocket of air that is not burning. in that little cone the UEL (Upper Explosive Limit) has been surpassed the amount of oxygen in that cone is to low to fill the fire tetrahedron. IE heat, Fuel, Oxygen, and a chain reaction. so there fore combustion will not take place in that spot.
