@Torchwood007 Season 1 never had any opening credits... they never expected the show to take off the way it did. Now, as my may have seen, in seasons 2 and 3 they have a pritty snappy animated opening for it.

@Torchwood007 thats not quite true, we do get a very brief opening credit with the theme, the title and the 'created by' tag. Its only about 7 seconds long though lol does anyone know if everywhere gets the same opening titles? It's just I watched the opening scene on here of season 2 and it showed up with the old titles and yet the season 2 titles are totally different?

They stopped making the opening music on the show recently like the last 3-4 shows which I blasted it for the song
I dont know who it is but I need to find out!

In USA the same then after the first few minutes of the program there is a fluffy little tune and it says "The Mentalist: Created by Bruno Heller" then goes to the first commercial break. You can see it here on youtube. Look up 'The Mentalist Opening'

Can I ask, in the US does the show have actual opening titles? Here in the UK we don't, all we get is a definition of "Mentalist" (it actually means something different to us here) and then show begins. x

Thanks for your comment.. I don't think the show has actual opening credits.. I live in the Netherlands and we don't have 'em over here either, here it also starst with the definition of "Mentalist".
