Okay, So Joe cheats on Miley with Demi but realises it was a huge mistake and realises he needs her, but he knows he messed up and she could never forgive him, but Joe sees her everywhere and finally goes to Miley to try and fix things back up, he reminds her of how good they were together. Watch to the end to find out if she wants him back too.
