Is there a problem of low framerate? I've an ATI Radeon HD 4300 Series...is it enough?

@MarToxPL ok, it says that i'm over the minimum. So, everything seems to be ok but that: Video Card :Recommended: NVIDIA GeForce 9800 or ATI Radeon HD 4850 series

You Have: ATI display adapter (0x954F)

Your Video Card is between minimum and recommended. My Card is recognise that ATI display adapter (0x9442) i don't know why.
