lol this made no sence to me so i've opened the thing in winrar now what do i do?

drag them into minecraft.jar ?

wow this is to date the worst tutorial i have ever seen ever!!! don't even try guys go try to find another tutorial unless you have a decent amount of computer skills this provides almost no help what so ever

I perfectly understood to use zMod, but how can you get so you can see other players skins? When we see eachother skins they are the normal ones. And how do you get so you can do /tp pl instead of /tp player ?
