THE NEW JERSEY REGGAE FEST:

Launched in 2000 in Newark by G City Enterprise and Roadblockradio.com,
the New Jersey Reggae Fest has earned a reputation for being the state's signature staging for Caribbean
entertainment. Dancehall pop icon Sean Paul; Billboard Soca artist Kevin Lyttle and
Soca King Machel Montano; Dancehall luminaries Beenie Man, Bounty Killer, and Capleton; and Reggae
icons Beres Hammond, John Holt, and Barrington Levy are among the many stellar performances
that the NJIRF has brought to the Garden State over the past decade.
