  • I am proud of him, he is right now an icon in my country Venezuela. He studied Music in one of the most important systems of free music teaching at the world,SISTEMA DE ORQUESTAS JUVENILES DE VENEZUELA dedicated to teach every children who love music, Most of them poor kids.He represent the future and the change of my country devasted for bad politics and demagogy !

  • excellent orchestra the music havent languages

  • @ThaSchwab I have the Blessing to Watch Esa-Pekka Salonen for Years, and he was Unreal !!!

He did a Marvelous Job in Los Angeles for almost 20 Years and we're Grateful for his service !!!

And now with Gustavo we have a bright Future!!!

Like Essa say "We are interested in the Future. We are not trying to re-create the glories of the past, like so many other Symphony Orchestras."

  • Tim Mcallister is absolutley incredible.

  • This is by far my favorite conductor and my favorite piece

  • Last Friday Dudamel's guest soloists were on ABC's Nightline dissing American recording artists. The Capucon brothers are French bigots.

Reporter: Which American's do you have on your playlist?

    Capucon: Classical?? Ha, ha, ha

They are with Virgin Classics. Richard Kastle used to be the top selling artist on the label when Richard Brandson owned it. Kastle wrote a blog on his website that explains what happened when Eoropean bigots at EMI bought the label. Their artsts hate Americans.

  • @tim23z I am soooooo glad that California has Dudamel. I think the LA Phil is the best orchestra in the usa. Better than ny and chicago and almost as good a the simon bolivar youth orchestra of Venezuela.

  • @padredemishijos12

Gustavo Dudamel is not the only Latino/Spanish conductor. Other ones who I like with regularly GOOD interpretations include Carlos Miguel Prieto, Raphael Fruhbeck de Burgos, Jesus Lopez-Cobos, etc.

  • @ThaSchwab Maybe you don't like Latins.

  • coment war :D
