  • Following statement is opinion, neither pro or anti WWE. Everyone that's made an impact in this sport on national television deserves a tribute. What you watch on television is mostly a "sports entertainment" program. When you talk about Eddie Guerrero, he passed away the night he was supposed to regain the title & active on the roster. Umaga was released over issues that led to his unfortunate passing. WWE is paying a lot of $ for a lot of guys no longer with the company to go to rehab....

  • CONT. - if memory serves me correct, Umaga turned down the chance to go to rehab. With WWE trying to clean up it's image & not highlight the deaths of so many young human beings, bringing "down" what should be exciting athletic "entertainment" programs. To say they didn't mention it because there was no profit to be made is incorrect. "Tribute" action figures, t-shirts, having a special month on WWE 24-7 on-demand all could be money makers. We feel everyone deserves to be remembered

  • and WWE showed their class by not saying a damn thing on TV about it, sure they acknowledged it on their site. But that was it, they didn't even say anything on tv, I guess they didn't want anything to take away from their precious PG Bullshit. If they at least took 1 minute to say something then fine, but no matter the circumstances that surrounded his release he still worked for them. Complete lack of taste shown by WWE

  • Rip Eddie Fatu i will deeply miss you

    Good Tribute John Cena Sr

    R.I.Paradise Eddie "Uncle Eki"' Fatu....

    The Samoan Bulldozer.....

  • Well said Mr Cena, well said sir.

  • @pp0tspl0x it was on wwe.com

  • R.I.P Eddie "Umaga" Fatu.

WWE is a bullshit company that has no self respect about there own superstars. All Vince is in for is the money. Tell me this, why when Eddie died (RIP Eddie Gurerro) was there such a huge ceremony, because he was a huge money maker. I can't belive this but anyway, R.I.P Umaga, great wrestler, great talent, great person. The legacy continued for awhile in TNA when Rikishi changed his in-ring name to - Junior Fatu. R.I.P Eddie "Umaga" Fatu.

  • REST IN PEACE EDDIE FATU! :'(

  • That was an amazing speech. It's kind of crazy how much their voices sound alike...

WWE didn't even recognize the death, and that's a complete shame. They're becoming a pathetic company. RIP, Umaga.
