@13ig13oyz cool good for u he has the strike and hit a ice ledge/jump and only broke a shock and he was going full speed with a vxl system installed can your slash do that?
-
i use my stock slash body (mark jenkins) as a racing body and my custom body for bashing
-
definetly, the reason for the price is the quality, my strike gos very well, but its broken nerly every run. and the tunigparts are not better. the balldiff only takes TWO batterys!
so i fixed it in selling the losi and buying an BLITZ

this truck looks fast why is too cheap?
-
@999benhonda havnt broke a thing on my slash and its 2 years old only a worn out motor. Completely stock

Respond to this video...WTF You guys? You call this crappy video HD? This picture quality is crud.
-
I bought one, literally broke on the first jump, on the first run, upper control rod.....fixed that, broke on the second run rolling it over in grass, lower shock mount.....fixed that, other side shock broke.....fixed that, third battery......repeat....THIRD battery, brushes fall out of motor........this time I fixed it by buying a slash and have not broke it in two weeks of my 5 year old runnin the crap out of it every day. Slash is well worth the extra money!

@plorwax i like it
I have to agree the body is VERY ugly! but you cant complain! its like $120 at my LHS and you can just buy a new body at the same time and use the Losi strike body as a thrashing body! :D

@SupraTuner2323 agreed. i am a traxxas fan myself, but the do tend to overgear their stuff. i just got a used strike. it seems like a good truck. the esc has features that both the slash and sc10 dont, like lipo compatible. there may be some weak points, but the slash isnt much tougher until you install a bunch of RPM parts. i think the strike's problem is having NO aftermarket support.
