Nice. I think it would have been even better to have filmed it from the very start and make the video in a few parts. Seemed sort of in the middle-ish and could be confusing to a newbie.
Q: Why not allow for a stretch in the frontal neck muscles by keeping the mouth closed? You mentioned that keeping the jaw open was to allow for a greater extension because the frontal neck muscles act like a rubber band making it more difficult to extend the head. I don't feel that when I train.
