they dont look like dust particles

why are all the so called "dust specs" just found around the (around the sun) and not one is on the center of the lens. I would assume in all random positioning of each spec at least one would show up at the center (over the suns view) i have not seen one.

if so would these orbs do this on purpose. or would they not be aware of there affect on our planet that would be unlikly then,, would the orbs care .
