Also, violence is actually most effective when it's the first resort. I learnt that at primary school, when dealing with bullies.

Islam is the biggest bully in the history of Humanity. Right now, its bullying of the world is highly successful; but I think the world, eventually, will turn on Islam; and Islam will be crushed. Evil is always crushed in the end. I learnt that in primary school.
