they are not to bright because you cant turn when your brakes are locked. let go of the brakes turn and hope your wheels find some traction.

lol they aren't very bright to jump out of their cars especially the lady in the blu who almost got run over by the white vehicle...it probably wouldn't have killed her but she could have been badly hurt.
