Haiti Politique etrangere PART 1

We ask the Haitian government to establish friendly international relations and at the same time protect haitian national sovereignty. The government must understand the difference between our sovereignty and friendly international relations. We want to have good relations with Cuba, Venezuela, France, Canada, Dominican Republic, and the United States. We also want friendly international relations with other nations.
